Message from President

Dr Raghaw Saran

Dear ISASites,
At the onset, my deep appreciation and gratitude to each one of you for electing me as President, ISAS.

Spread all over the nation, through its ten chapters, the basic objective of disseminating science is our moral responsibility, for the development of the society. No one can serve the purpose better than an elite group of expert ISASites – Us.

We are committed to play a major role in the scientific arena involving research and development, pertinent technology, proper industrialisation and promoting awareness.

With this in view, we have constituted an executive committee of the society including executive committee members, patrons, advisors, and promoters. The EC will ensure pervading programs as novel ideas, their presentation in conferences and implementation of the suitable ones and their promotion for adoption by industries to reap the benefits.
The incorporation of the promoters will initiate implementation of the programs advised.

We have been continuously developing science over the last 40 years. In the last tenure, we have added three chapters- Pune, Belagavi and Jaipur (ad-hoc) and completed 78 webinars to commemorate Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav (during Covid 19 pandemic time) and “Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav- A few
Excerpts” was published electronically.
This year we would be completing one year of our quarterly, peer reviewed, electronic, open access Journal with ISSN and doi secured,  Journal of ISAS (J. ISAS) by publishing its fourth issue online by April 30, 2023. Besides, publishing quarterly issue of News Letter and conferences pertaining to IASC (Indian Analytical Science Congress), were some of the other milestones for ISAS.

Analytical Sciences have assumed a big role and is never complete without relevant hybridisation of engineering (software, electronics, or AI etc.) and industrialisation. With these ideas in mind, let’s impart on proper utilisation of these opportunities to achieve the development of the country in scientific arena to make Us 'Atma-Nirbhar'.

Message General Secretary

Dr. Avinash V. Bharati

Dear ISAS members

It is a great honour and privilege for me to congratulate all the EC members on

behalf of ISAS and myself. It is pleasing to see that all the hard work, dedication,

and the efforts by the previous committees’ and the members has grown this

association in the form of a giant tree of ten chapters with more than 3000 members.

We are happy that our association has grown 40 years old.

If we observe critically, we can see that ISAS is stewards of the intellectuals and

hard workers. I would like to encourage you to continue disposing your

responsibilities by playing your transformational role which earlier you have shown in

endeavouring the scientific works like ISAS journal, books and Analytical Science

congresses.

In three years of COVID, ISAS found itself at a critical juncture in its community

building journey by arranging webinars to keep in touch with its members. However,

we need to be mindful of the emerging challenges we are facing globally like

economical crises, digital divide, climate change, sustainability, health resilience and

the threat of future pandemics.

I am confident that our team work will continue to be instrumental in supporting the

works of ISAS to disseminate the scientific knowledge to grass root level in true

sense.

We recognise the fact that there is always scope to further improve, hence let us

renew our hope and conviction in what humanity can achieve when we work as one,

in global solidarity.

Best of luck to all
